Meet Brian Shirley!
Comedian Brian Shirley has been in the comedy business for nearly 20 years. His act is derived from growing up poor, coming from a broken home, his military experience, single life, women, pets, infomercials, sports, and much, much, more. He started doing stand-up comedy at The Comedy Zone in Charleston, S.C. at a comedy workshop where he learned the art of performing and writing comedy.
Brian Shirley has performed all over the U.S., Canada and The Bahamas. He has performed in some of the top comedy clubs in the country, including Goodnight's in Raleigh, N.C., The Stardome in Birmingham, Alabama, the Comedy Zones, The Funny Bone in St. Louis and The Comedy Cabana in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Brian Shirley has performed at special events including opening for Huey Lewis and The News, the Laughter for Love Benefit for Virginia Tech, The Second Annual Charleston Comedy Festival, and a country music festival for the Dodge Truck Company.
Brian Shirley's clean comedy has been featured at Joker's Wild in the Atlantis Resort and Casino on both Paradise Island and The Bahamas. Currently Brian performs regularly as the comedic entertainment for the Carnival Cruise Line.
